PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “La Raza con Reik Concert 2024” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on Monday, March 11, 2024 at 6:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 10:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”), during which five (5) winners will be selected from eligible entries to each receive two (2) tickets to the Reik concert on May 18, 2024, as more fully set forth below. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Estrella Media, Inc., 1 Estrella Way, Burbank, CA 91504 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to Texas residents who are twenty-one (21) years old or older as of time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the Promotion Period listen from 6am to 11pm to radio station KNOR FM 3.7FM (the “Station”) for the cue. The Station’s on-air talent will invite listeners to call in at 214-787-1000 for the opportunity to be selected as a winner. The fifth caller to call in and correctly say the phrase “AQUI MANDA LA RAZA” will be selected as a winner. If selected as a winner, the caller must provide a valid e-mail address, full legal name, address, and telephone number. Limit one (1) entry per person.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. All entry information and materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submitting entry information to Sponsor is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor by e-mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Entry must be made by the entrant, only as described in these Official Rules.  Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
